The importance we place on health and safety will be reflected in all activities that the Company undertakes.
Recognising the vital role that employees play in promoting health and safety and maintaining our high standards, we have implemented an on-site training scheme which is rolled-out over the entire length of any project we undertake.
All employees on site attend Toolbox Talks on a wide range of subjects such as Basic Health & Safety: Personal Responsibility, First Aid or Working with Chemicals and Hazardous Substances. In addition, they are encouraged to report to their supervisor anything that they consider to be a hazard at work.
We carry out Risk Assessments for any hazardous activities and adequate control measures are implemented.
All contractors are assessed for health and safety before being appointed and all activities on site are monitored to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
