We have invested in ensuring that we can, at all times, communicate with our clients, subcontractors and site operatives.

Our telephone system is the latest technology CISCO Systems VOIP which allows us complete flexibility. Dedicated telephone lines can be set up on Day One to provide client name answered services. This means that a number can be issued and, when called, will be answered by Castletech in the manner our client desires. We have found this particularly advantageous to clients for whom we carry out maintenance contracts as the customer can call, Castletech will answer with the client’s name and deal with the maintenance issue. This has the advantage to the client of not having to spend resources answering and passing on maintenance issues to us. All client calls are logged on our database system and details are issued to the client weekly.

Our telephone system integrates with our intranet and database system allowing our team to log important information instantly.

Email has become one of our most powerful tools and our systems have been set up to deal with the types of files sent by companies in the construction industry. We are able to accept any size file so sending large drawing format files is not an issue.

Once we receive files, we have up to A0 printing capability in-house.

Mobile communications

All of our site operatives are equipped with Blackberrys. This enables them to receive emails and faxes wherever they are. For example, this could be a maintenance sheet or a site instruction, thus eliminating the dreaded verbal instruction!
